Robert Korn focused his law practice on construction, design professional and surety law. Using the expertise he gained as a lawyer, and more than fifty years serving as an arbitrator and mediator, he now devotes most of his professional time arbitrating and mediating construction – related disputes covering all aspects of residential and commercial construction.

Judith Meyer, Esquire has deep experience in construction litigation as a litigator and as an arbitrator. Corinne Tampas is both an attorney and a general building contractor having represented
builders before various agencies during the development of projects facilitating zoning changes, building variances, ADA compliance, and building permits. She has also participated in numerous mediations and arbitrations involving residential and commercial owners associations, mortgage loan modifications, and landlord-tenant matters.

Frank is active in all aspects of homebuilding as well as residential and light commercial land development.  Experience on construction sites, in project management and contract administration combined with his expertise in writing building codes distinguishes him as an arbitrator, mediator and expert witness for owners, contractors, attorneys and insurors since 1995.
